The Sky-Watcher Esprit 100ED PRO is a premium apochromatic refractor designed for demanding astrophotographers. Its 100 mm triplet objective includes FPL-53 extra-low dispersion glass (Ohara, Japan), delivering razor-sharp, color-corrected images across the field.
The CNC-machined aluminum tube features a 3-inch rack-and-pinion rotatable focuser with a 11:1 fine reduction, supporting heavy camera loads. A dedicated field flattener (M48 thread) is included to provide a flat field suitable for full-frame sensors.
It excels in wide-field astrophotography, but also offers outstanding views for planetary and stellar visual observation.
