DESCRIPTION

The ZWO ASI183MM features a 1" monochrome sensor with 20.18 million pixels, ideal for planetary, lunar, white-light solar imaging, and short-exposure deep-sky work. Its very high sensitivity and extremely low read noise (1.6e) provide exceptional image quality. With 2.4 µm pixels and 12-bit ADC, it captures fine detail across a wide field of view.

The camera reaches 19 frames per second at full resolution (5496 x 3672) and up to 308 fps at lower resolutions (320 x 240, 10-bit), making it a powerful tool for freezing atmospheric turbulence or performing high-speed lucky imaging.

It includes a USB 3.0 interface for fast data transfer and a standard ST4 port for autoguiding. The high quantum efficiency (up to 84%) ensures excellent light detection, even in narrowband imaging such as H-alpha. The compact 2" body fits most telescope systems easily.

The T2 (M42x0.75) thread allows direct attachment to standard accessories. A 1.25" adapter is included for use with common eyepiece holders. All necessary cables are supplied.
