Description

The Baader UFC Dark-Slider 3D-printed is designed for use with all UFC systems. It slides into the system and fully closes the aperture, blocking any incoming light from the telescope. This makes it the perfect tool for capturing dark frames with CMOS cameras, which are essential for proper astrophotography calibration.

When inserted, the dark slider vignettes the optical path 100 %, ensuring that no stray light reaches the sensor. This allows users to obtain perfectly reliable dark frames without having to remove the camera or cover the telescope manually.
