Description:
The Celestron VSP (Vibration Suppression Pads) are engineered to significantly reduce tripod leg vibration during telescope use. This set includes 3 heavy-duty pads made from Sorbothane®, a premium shock-absorbing material manufactured in the USA and trusted in high-performance damping applications.
These pads outperform silicone-based alternatives, which offer little shock absorption and may degrade in sunlight. Each pad is designed to work on any surface and is compatible with standard tripod legs.
When placed under each leg of the tripod, they provide immediate damping of vibrations caused by wind, accidental contact, or focusing. An excellent solution for improving image stability during planetary observation or long-exposure astrophotography.
