DESCRIPTION
The 8” Rowe-Ackermann Schmidt Astrograph (RASA) provides a flat field with no optical aberrations across a 22 mm image circle, and minimal degradation up to 32 mm. With a focal ratio of f/2.0, it enables significantly shorter exposure times, perfect for real-time stacking or high-efficiency imaging.

It features an integrated Ultra-Stable Focus System using a precision linear bearing to minimize image shift, along with a built-in 12V MagLev fan for rapid thermal stabilization and dust filtering. The internal filter mount allows seamless integration of light pollution filters. Optimized for 400–800 nm wavelengths, it excels with modern color sensors.

This telescope is not designed for visual use. It pairs easily with lightweight equatorial mounts and supports a wide range of camera formats, excluding standard DSLRs.
