Description:
The Baader Pan Adjuster is a precision-engineered rotary stage designed to align the optical axes of telescopes mounted in parallel. Ideal for use with double mounting plates or the side ports of PlaneWave L-Mount series mounts, it enables precise azimuthal or equatorial configuration of secondary instruments—such as RASA or Newtonian telescopes—aligned with a primary OTA.

The system features a differential adjustment mechanism: one set of screws adjusts the rotation angle between the mounting and rotating plates, while another push-pull set adjusts the tilt of the installation plate. This ensures a stable, repeatable alignment suitable for advanced imaging setups.

The Pan Adjuster supports 3" or 8" PAN EQ clamps and can be installed directly on the side of an L-Mount or dual plate system. For integration with the PlaneWave L-350 mount, the dedicated #2451516 adapter is required (sold separately).

Cable routing is supported through integrated cutouts and a central port, avoiding interference with the alignment system. Its sturdy yet compact design makes it an essential tool for professional and semi-professional parallel telescope configurations.
