DESCRIPTION
The ZWO ASI294MM Pro is a cooled monochrome camera equipped with a Sony IMX294 back-illuminated 4/3 CMOS sensor offering 11.7 million pixels. It is suitable for both wide-field deep sky astrophotography and planetary imaging. Its 90% quantum efficiency and ultra-low read noise make it an excellent performer. The dual-stage TEC cooling system allows temperature reduction up to -40°C below ambient. Its 256 MB DDR3 buffer ensures smooth data transfer even via USB 2.0. Delivered with several mechanical adapters, a 2-meter USB 3.0 cable, and a padded carrying case. Requires a 12V power supply for cooling.
