DESCRIPTION
This 5 kg counterweight is compatible with various iOptron mounts including the CEM70, CEM60, GEM45, CEM40 (late versions with 28 mm shaft), and iEQ45 series. Featuring a 28.5 mm bore, it can also be used with any other mount using a 28 mm counterweight shaft. Compact in size, with a 148 mm outer diameter and only 38 mm thick, it distributes mass efficiently while remaining easy to handle. The locking screw uses an M8 thread, offering secure and reliable attachment. Ideal for stabilizing imaging equipment or heavy optical assemblies. Be sure to check your mount's shaft size before purchasing, especially for older CEM40 models.
