Its 7-element, 4-group optical layout delivers sharpness across the entire field, making it ideal even for fast optical systems. EMD multi-coatings on all air-glass surfaces, combined with blackened lens edges, minimize internal reflections and enhance contrast, especially near bright objects like the Moon or Jupiter.

Its stainless steel body is sealed and argon-purged to protect internal optics from moisture and dust. The foldable rubber eyecup improves comfort during long sessions, and its parfocal design allows effortless switching between eyepieces of the same series without adjusting focus.
