DESCRIPTION
Celestron’s 48 mm T-adapter enables direct and stable attachment of a full-frame camera to the optical tube of EdgeHD Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes (models 9.25", 11", and 14"). The camera is mounted directly at the primary focus, preserving image quality by avoiding additional optics.
This configuration is perfect for short exposure imaging of the Moon, planets, or the Sun (with appropriate filter), and can also be used for long exposure astrophotography with a guiding system.
To connect your camera, you will need this T-adapter and a compatible 48 mm T-ring (sold separately) matching your camera brand.
